「The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is clean and newly renovated.」

「👍」

「The size of room is bigger and cleaner than what I expected. The staff are nice and helpful. The location is good, 15-minute bus ride to Heathrow Central Bus Station is convenient.」

「Staffs are helpful but the operation procedure is not smooth. I have reserved a double room but given a twin room. Seems they had solved our room type but they haven’t changed in the system as they looked very confused of my reservation. They misunderstood my stay as 1 night but actually is 2 nights. 「The hotel is so old, everything in the room just feel like back to 40 yrs ago. There still trash in the washroom when we got into the room. There was stain inside the toilet. Bedsheet was worn out. The photos from Expedia are far different from what we experienced. Staff is nice.」

「Dishan is awesome and very helpfull. Is a cozy place , few minutes walk from Hounslow Central Station. There are a variety of places to dine .」

「Not much staff to support you, ring the bell and you got to wait for at least 5-10 mins then they show up.」

「Easy access to Heathrow and the tube」
