「Aircon not working not enough toiletries , elevator not working」

「We were happy that the host is accommodating in allowing us to check in early 11am so we can leave our luggages. She said the room is vacant and ready. But to our surprise, it is not clean and the trash, dirty dishes, left over moldy food on the table seemed to be there for weeks already. No electricity, so lights and aircon not working. She wants us to wait to get it cleaned. But 2 hrs before 3 pm check in, no one is cleaning. We don’t want to stay in this same room for who knows what germs are...

「This Cozi property was perfectly situated a couple minutes walk away from the Venice Mall. Not too far from the airport but far enough away to not be near a congested area. Beautifully situated with many shops and necessities nearby. The room was excellent for the value and the views from there were amazing!!!! I will definitely be returning and hope to get the same unit again! Thank you Cozi!!」

「Mostly very positive. Great location to spend a month for a family with business in BGC. Faye was very responsive and it was a great price for what we got. The second bedroom wouldn't work for everyone, as it has no windows and is tiny--sort of between a bedroom and a big closet--but for the price, it worked fine.We'd like to go 5 stars, but can't quite, as the building does have a cockroach problem and this was an issue in the apartment.
