"The house was fully equipped all you need is your own groceries and your preferred beverages. No need to bring any utensils, towels, blankets etc. This property felt like home away from home. We will reserve again in the near future "

"Wonderful location - less than 5 minutes to walk into downtown Nevada City (right around the corner from the National Hotel). The lodging had everything we needed and we truly appreciate the small amenities, such as a welcoming bottle of wine, homemade cookies, and tootbrushes (particularly helpful since I didn't pack one!). As noted in the info, the parking is right up the street and never presented a difficulty for us and we loved having the rushing water right out the door - put me right to sleep. We travel often to Nevada City/Grass Valley and will certainly look to stay here again."
