AMAZING VIEW

Great property, only issue was Parking, but we managed. Thank you to everyone. The security guard was so thorough it was great wealth of information but we stayed 2 nights and WILL DEFINETLY come back

Nice Getaway Spot

Nice beachy unit for a great price!Check-in was smooth, considering we arrived right at 4p with about 5 other families. It was a bit of a wait for the guard to check everyone in, but no more than 10-15 min.The unit has been nicely updated...there were a few minor inconveniences and the kitchen is not very well stocked, but it was more than comfortable for our two nights. The bed was comfortable, which, for me, is hugely important! It felt very secure for two women traveling alone and we found other guests to be very friendly.The complex had a nice beach area and a heated pool - we didn't have time to enjoy them, but they didn't appear to be overcrowded. There was also a restaurant that the other guests seemed to get a lot of use out of for coffee/drinks and casual food. We got some great sunset pics from the beach area & loved that this condo had such a scenic view of the bay. For those not familiar with the area, you have to take the highway to get pretty much anywhere, but it was a quick trip into the university/downtown area and over to Hyde Park. We ate dinner at Forbici (delicious) and Salt Shack on the Bay (go for the aesthetic, not the food). Overall, it was great to get a beachy feel/view without being 45 minutes from Tampa, but it did feel sort of isolated, so consider that when choosing this location.
