Had a great stay at this townhouse. It was very clean and had plenty of towels for our group. It was in a great location where you can walk to bars and restaurants. Also, this location is short drive to beaches.

Great stay

Easy check-in, clean, and very comfortable. Walking distance to coffee shops and grocery stores and a 40ish minute drive to Clearwater beach. We had a great time and would stay here again. Thanks!

Nice spacious place in great location

I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a very nice, clean townhouse with perks like a hot tub and garage. The garage is a game area but it was perfect for our trip as we needed to unload or store some gear for work. Also the location is another big plus. There’s tons of restaurants around and in walking distance as well as your a short drive to about anywhere in Tampa. TJ was a great host and very communicative and made it easy to check in and out.

Exceeds Expectations: perfect for groups and families

We stayed at this lovely home for 3 nights this past June, and would absolutely book again when we’re in the area. It was more than sufficient for our family and exceeded our expectations in every way. The area is safe, full of great restaurants with a Publix is very close. The location was perfect for us to attend a concert downtown. From the moment we walked in, we noticed how clean the place was, smelling fresh, with nice cool A/C. The kitchen was well appointed. We made breakfast one morning, lacking nothing. Small convenience items are included like, ice, salt and pepper, towels, and plenty of dishwasher tabs and garbage bags. The primary bedroom was very spacious and the bathrooms include toiletries, which was an appreciated bonus. No details are missed in this property. I forgot my phone charger, but the nightstands have built in wireless charge pads. Genius. We only had a family of four with two dogs, but this home easily accommodates many more. We didn’t have time to experience some of the amenities like the garden area, hot tub or jacuzzi bath, but they are as pictured. The game room was very cool, too. We travel with our dogs for medical reasons, and we are extremely grateful for properties that allow them. The management team was communicative and friendly, a dream to work with. This property met our needs and then some!
