Great house

Had a wonderful 6 day stay. House was exactly as described. Was very well equipped with everything you would need. Would definitely return.

Tired home and poor management by Vacasa

We have lived in south Tampa for 25 years and know the neighborhood and area very well. Nothing in this place was nice from day one of a two month stay we paid $10k for. Infested with ants, rats in ceilings, glass in yard, fenced in yard not secure or safe for dogs, terrible management by Vacasa, toilets all backed up and had to get line cleaned, AC broke for two days, shed destroyed from hurricane in yard and was left in yard our last few weeks there. Just an awful experience for 2 months. Everything is old and worn and should just be taken off market and revamped. Do not suggest this property.
