Family trip

We have family in the area and we stayed here while visiting for a graduation. The location was great, close to several restaurants and stores. The house was wonderful, exactly as shown in the pictures! We particularly enjoyed the pool area, it was very relaxing. The owners were very communicative and seemed very determined to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and fully ready for us. Well stocked with kitchen and linens supplies made it easy.

The water temperature was so hot that jt burned my kid's skin. I called the owner in which they sent the repair man to see and he confimed the water heater setting was so hot that it was unsafe. When I called the owner back, they are trying to say that it was never reported even though the repair told them it was unsafe, it literally was so hot that even he couldn't leave his hand under the water. Now the owner stopped answering my calls. Even if we reported it, this should have been something checked over prior to renting to people.
