Perfect Place

The property and location are excellent for visiting various activities around the Tampa/Sarasota/Clearwater area. Plenty of room for people to relax and the house amenities are comprehensive of what you would need while there.

Family Vacation

Great house for a family vacation! The pool and patio area are perfect for spending all day outside. The house was very clean. The dock was great for fishing and we even saw some manatees swimming through.

Great vacation home!

The home was perfect! We enjoyed the pool and outdoor Space overlooking the pool. There were many convenient items left for us that really helped make us more comfortable. The home is very well taken care of.I can't say enough great things about the home. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. This home is for those that need some R&R. space.

Great vacation spot!

Our vacation started with a couple of major glitches with the accommodations but Sean, the property manager took care of them quickly and completely. The house is very clean and orderly. The setting on the canal is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The outdoor space is fantastic with a large hardscaped covered area with seating and a large dining table. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool and hot tub. There are many extra thoughtful touches and items around the house that add to the enjoyment of the week. The Apollo Beach area has some pretty beaches and nice restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

The property was perfect for our family getaway- 4 adults and 4 kids ages 1-7. We loved pool, kayaks, and fishing off the dock. We saw dolphins swimming by on more than one occasion while eating our meals outside. Sean was incredibly responsive if we had any questions, and he even contacted us about being able to arrange an earlier check-in time, which was amazing! I'd highly recommend this property.

The property was absolutely wonderful!

We booked a 5 night stay and could not have been happier with our choice. Sean was very helpful and responsive. He was there to greet us and make sure all of our needs were met. The lanai/pool area was super nice and we spent most of our days there enjoying the beautiful scenery and pool/spa. We were able to fish right off the dock and there was a small beach close by. The house was very welcoming and had all of the essentials needed to prep meals, enjoy games on the Lanai and nice dinners at a large table as well while looking at the views. We will definitely be booking again in the near future!
