“The staff was especially courteous when they learned I had visited the property before. They delivered a welcome fruit basket and handwritten note to my door, which was a very nice and personal touch. I also have to mention the complimentary breakfast on the day I checked out. There was a misunderstanding on the time breakfast ended, but when I arrived, the staff went above and beyond, not just to serve me a full breakfast, but also to serve the items I requested. The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests. There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue. Die Schränke von innen vollkommen verstaubt, im Kühlschrank steht das Wasser, im Bad gab es einen Schlauch, aus dem die ganze Nacht Wasser getropft hat, etc. Das Hotel ist mitten im Touristenzentrum und man muss Eintritt bezahlen, um überhaupt and Hotel zu kommen. ”
