“It feels more like a boutique hotel — just a swimming pool, no restaurant or café, but there’s a cozy community kitchen. I like the quiet atmosphere here in Kedungu. There’s no money exchange, convenience store, or supermarket nearby, but that adds to its charm. I enjoy the stillness and hip, minimalist vibe — simple, easy, and calm.”

“The property itself is very nice. Didn’t realize it was in a secluded area that’s isolated and difficult to get in and out of. Within this area there are restaurants and beach clubs which aren’t included, and everything is so much more expensive than regular prices in Bali. But they can charge more cuz you don’t have access to anything else. The Expedia ad makes it seem like the beach club utopia and all is included, but the only thing it includes is the entrance. You still have to pay minimum……

“Clean room with excellent, modern touches and conveniences (kettle, mugs, nice linens, etc). Helpful staff. On site restaurant is good for breakfast. Quiet in the evening, which is important! ”

“This was great value for money, as we were there in the wet season. The room was lovely, although the layout with the bathroom facilities a little strange. The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests. There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue.
