「Honest review, family of 5 kids 10 and under. Family room. Room: Broken toilet seat, ants in room, housekeeping done twice in 5 days. After housekeeping, room smelt of damp mop. Phone broken, just didnt work. Lift is dangerous, door closes. The single beds were extremely uncomfortable especially for children. Only water provided and hardly any tea and coffee. Cleaners would clean the staires and corridals in late morning with no signage, child had slipped. Reception knew of issues, No...

「Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me.」

「Staff were exceptional - warm, sincere, and very hard working. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Food is by and large very good - cooked fresh to order so can take a tiny bit longer than you might normally expect in a 5 star hotel. But, well worth especially the fish courses. 」
