"Parking was unexceptionable, as the hotel guests were treated as second class citizens to accommodate the restaurant staff. The hotel staff where all very nice but where so unorganized had to make multiple phone calls to ask for a crib, property is beautiful and well maintained, room was cleaned but carpeting was dirty"

"The room was not very clean, especially the bed mattresses and the carpeting. Retro style is nice but the choices of fabrics and furniture made the property seem dirty. Breakfast was the best part. Parking was good and the place was quiet."

"What a beautiful space to spend time in Taos! The gardens were lovely and the breakfast table was a fun way to connect with other travelers and exchange experiences and tips!"

"several things broken in the room: 1. Be careful - room doors do not close all the way, check to make sure door locks before you leave 2. Heating broken 3. Refrigerator broken 4. several cabinets broken 5. Balcony over looked first floor patio filled with trash and broken furniture clearly looked like employee break room that had not been cleaned in weeks 5. When I tried to explain the problems I was experiencing staff never let me speak and assumed I did not know how a thermostat or refrigerator works. I was trying to be helpful to explain the problem but front desk never gave me a chance and when I asked her to stop talking to listen to me. funny next day I noticed maintenance there all day - wonder if my observations would have helped"

"Our stay wasn't as great as we thought it would be, housekeeping never came until the day we were checking out. Then when we were needed housekeeping we were told they left for the day. We had to move the bed ( due to a cellphone that dropped) behind the bed we to move it and it was so filthy.. we differently will not be staying here again"
