  • Inspired by @williamJones I went down to south Florida. I also went down to visit family :D. Granted, I had to capture a few landscapes along the way. I left Atlanta at 3:30 PM and got into Key Largo at 3:00 AM. Slept for a couple hours in my car and went in search of a sunrise. I hoped to find a dock falling into the water, but this was just as good. I also went from 37 degrees to 74 degrees. That was interesting.

Great place that was perfect for a quick getaway

Loved this condo. Had all the amenities we needed and was super clean and tidy. Will definitely be staying here again.

This condo was everything we needed. Lots of space, bug comfy beds, hreat shower and the pool at the complex was great in the late afternoon after a day exploring the upper keys. There were works going on at the conplex when we were there which took the edge off things as 9am drilling on Monday morning wasnt welcome but I only knocked 1 star off - otherwise wouldnt hesitate to recommend!

Great place for vacation!

The property was clean and matched the listing description. The host was in communication with us before and during our stay. A great place for a keys vacation. Glad there was a pool and marina on site.

Perfect spot for a getaway!

This place was very nice. It’s easy to find, conveniently located and has lots to do in the area. We appreciated all the communication from Sean and Denise. We had everything we needed. The only downside was that the pool was packed and we couldn’t find a chair. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable perfect size place

Loved my unit and the property. The condo is nicely decorated and very peaceful since it sits at the end of a hallway. Enjoyed the pool and beach areas. Very nice to have a private beach. I would definitely stay here again!!

Tavernier condo

This condo was exactly like it was pictured and stated. Great location to do a lot in the Keys. Sean answered all of our questions timely! We would stay here again when visiting!

Great family getaway

Conveniently located in Key Largo/Tavernier. Close to many attractions and food. Check in process was easy as well as communication. We had our trip when there was the brush fires in Homestead. Communicating with the host was easy to do when we were unsure if we could make it (the only way into the Florida Keys is through US-1 and that was shut down for almost two days). Thankfully, the highway reopened and we were able to stay at this location (that's the only negative, but also a positive if you are wanting to get away from the rest of Florida). The community pool was excellent-- heated and salt instead of chlorine; swimming after 9pm was nice & fun! We like to travel to new places, so we don't know if we'd be back to Key Largo soon or not, but if we do, we would rebook here in a heartbeat.

Clean and up to date

The property is as it appears in the pictures. We have stayed at Ocean point 2 other times in the past. We have always stayed in different condos, all on VRBO. The one thing we disliked about this 2 bedroom layout was that the guest bathroom doesn't connect directly with the guest bedroom. Instead, they installed an owner's closet. We would probably not opt to stay in this one again because of that, given other units do have dual access to the guest bathroom from either the hallway or the bedroom itself. Also, both bedrooms would benefit from installing black out blinds as the porch lights are really bright. Ocean Pointe is a great place to stay, great pool and hot tub, beach, marina. Unfortunately they currently are not operating the marina restaurant nor the pool snack bar. We think this condo was a very good value and we really like the complex over all.

Beautiful Condo, Great Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo- bright, clean, well decorated with very comfortable beds. Everything was well maintained, great pool and beach area with amenities. And we can’t say enough about the exceptional service from Oasis Vacation Rentals. Great communication from Sean! Thanks for a great stay.

Would stay here again!

Our stay at this condo was great. We walked in the first day and all of us were talking about how inviting and nice it was. The living room furniture looked brand new and the beds slept very comfortably. The condo had everything we needed in it, plus more. The pool was also really nice. We went night swimming every night while there. The location is ok, we personally had to drive a good ways to get to anything, but that’s ok. We would stay here again for sure!

There could have been a few more washcloth and some additional blankets. It would have been nice to have some coffee mugs instead of the little coffee cups

Only partial view not ocean front

clean condo very nice but disappointed with the view and condo not being stocked up enough and the local places to shop at to buy toilet paper etc is ungodly expensive and for the price you pay for this unit per night should come more stocked up
