Bring your bags and relax! This upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need. Enjoy HEAVENLY OCEAN views from the balcony while sipping your morning coffee or tea, and your evening cocktail or mocktail. Nature lover? There is an Osprey nest just a couple of hundred yards away from the balcony off the Living Room!
The Space
The Master is a tropical getaway with Queen size bed and has a walk-in shower. The 2nd room has 2 twin beds. If you need additional sleeping space, the living room has a brand-new Queen Sized Murphy Bed tucked away! The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances for cooking your catch after a long day out in the boat. The living room has such a comfortable cozy feel and all-new furniture.
Guest access
You will have full access to Ocean Pointe Suites resort & property. The security gate is manned 24 hours. The person who made the reservation will need to present their ID upon arrival.
MARINA RESERVATIONS
Please note that we do not manage the marina and cannot guarantee availability for boat dockage. You will have to contact the Dockmaster at Ocean Pointe, please contact host for the Dockmaster email address.
You will be required to submit a copy of the vessel insurance and registration along with the trailer registration and room confirmation. Please be sure to attach all required documents during your initial submission as failure to do so will delay our ability to process your request.
Use the Ocean Pointe Marina Amenity Reservation form to submit your request and required documentation directly to the Ocean Pointe dock master. To ensure you are able to use the marina and facilities prior to submitting a request, please see the general rules below:
Rules/Regulations/Restrictions:
• All operators of vessels in the marina must have a copy of a current insurance declaration page indicating a minimum of $300,000 bodily liability and $100,000 property damage coverage on file with the dock master.
• Owned or commercially rented vessels must be registered and insured or rented in the name of the owner or registered guest staying on the property.
• Vessels must not exceed 28ft registered length. (Note: maximum beam 9’6”)
• Jet Skis, Wave runners, Sea Doo's or other PWC are not allowed on property or in the marina at any time.
Boats and boat trailers are only allowed if pre-approved by the dock master prior to reservation.
Two vehicles max.
Ocean Pointe resort amenities include a beach, dockage (for a fee), a new heated pool with 14 person spa and Pool Bar, a Cafe overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, a sundries shop, tennis courts, trailer storage, and a new observation pier and gazebo. Ocean Pointe is also a gated community. Please note no jet skis are allowed on the property.
