「Reception staff were great but the bar staff would forget to come to take your order, after being told to take a seat by bar staff. Maybe understaffed in the bar area」

「Room was spacious. Breakfast room staffer (older gentleman) was enthusiastic and helpful. On our second day he remembered us and came over as soon as we were seated to say he had already requested my husband's gluten free toast before we even asked. Lots of breakfast options, gluten free toast available on request and is made separately in the kitchen so there is no risk of cross contamination using the communal toaster. Had a great hot stone massage at the spa. Only downfall was limited...

「Don’t choose this if you want an authentic castle stay. Was not that at all. But hotel was beautiful rooms nice beds comfortable and beautiful location overlooking river. Super expensive and nothing of a castle to look at at all.」
