「Outstanding boutique hotel just inside the wall in a quiet location close to everything within the walled city. Staff was as good as any Four Seasons and the concierge Emily provided the best recommendations and was a joy to work with. Breakfast was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and look forward to another visit soon !」

「An Amazing Stay at Privado Hotel! Highly Recommend! Our stay at Privado Hotel was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hospitality and customer service were truly exceptional! I especially want to recognize Maria and Betty, who were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. There was also another wonderful staff member whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, but she was just as amazing!...

「Loved it and would come back . Walking distance to everything and everyone was amazing」

「This place is like being in a dream. You enter and you’re greeted by two of the sweetest, hardworking, and locally educated assistants whom live in a small attached segment to the house. They brought us fresh squeezed lemonade, water to our rooms while we toured the house, and were a major help at almost all times of the day and night even thought they were off the clock. The breakfast they make is truly to die for with flavor, abundance if you’re hungry and amazing juices. We had Arepa,...

「Très bel endroit dans un quartier tranquille. Un des hôtels les plus reposant et calme. Personnel courtois. Petit déjeuners très bons et copieux. Propreté sans défaut. Un petit frigo et un snack bar aurait été appréciés.」

「Staff were amazing, rooms were beautiful. And the rooftop with pool was such a nice space. Food was good, if not excellent (with the exception of the ceviche, which was excellent!) 」

「Exceptional stay. Rooms and beds were aesthetically designed and very comfortable. Staff go above and beyond - kind, attentive and always looking after you. 「★★★★★ An Unforgettable Stay — Bastión Luxury Hotel Exceeded Every Expectation! From the moment I arrived at Bastión Luxury Hotel in beautiful Cartagena, Colombia, I knew I was in for something special. What I didn't anticipate was just how extraordinary the entire experience would be. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly sets Bastión apart is its people. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, gracious, attentive, and genuinely kind. The level of hospitality was exceptional,...
