ABDIEL helped me with checking in and I thought I knew how the place ran. He showed me so many things that I never even knew was included with my room. Can't wait to go back"

"My stay here was comfortable. I booked two rooms and the price was very affordable. The rooms were clean. The property itself can do some renovation on the outside: A microwave would be a bonus in the seating are by the cafe. The beach club access is a+plus especially the entertainment staff, My Expedia rep was very helpful and responsive also Gilberto, I don’t remember the dept he is in. Jesus the bellman is very courteous. The area is safe. Security and police presence in Cancun is her common. It’s approx 20-25 mins to hotspots in the hotel zone area. "This has been insane. We had the owner literally try to gaslight us. The gate wouldn’t let us in nor any of our drivers. When we asked the gate worker why they said the owner hasn’t paid his bills in over a month. We have begged this man for 20 days to pay his bills and he said to us „what you think is happening isn’t reality“ like seriously? So we didn’t get told you can’t pay your bills and our drivers are all lying despite the gate themselves saying that’s what’s happening. He’s made no effort into fixing it. That’s just the gate issue. When we’re fist came in the dishes had moldy food on them as obviously it had not been cleaned. There was someone’s hair all in the bathroom floor. We had to completely scrub down and clean the place before we could relax. The Internet went down at one point (we work remotely) and while he said it was the internet company‘s fault you will find a pattern with the owner never taking responsibility for anything. It’s always someone else’s fault. You have to pay for the cleaning lady/new bedding/towels, it wasn’t much but when she leaves the place dirty still (example: mopping without sweeping so wet hair was everywhere, washing dishes and leaving water in closed containers to mildew, if you look under the counters it looks like it’s never been swept under since they bought the place) it feels like a scam. We are very clean people but there are cockroaches in the room we keep having to get rid of. TLDR: don’t waste your money"

"The man at the front desk, who also took our breakfast order is a real sweetheart! So helpful and accommodating. The beds are comfortable. If going to Kabah Park is on your to do list, and it should be, then this is the hotel to go to. Basic hotel, at an excellent price. Money well spent."

"The lady that make breakfast was very nice staff works with you and very informative. My only issue is that the rooms are way too small for me. Great location walking distance to the mall less than 2 min walk. Felt safe in that area. Dont use cabs use Uber taxis are very expensive plan your trip and stay out before coming back to the hotel"
