The Box Canyon Boutique lives where downtown streets give way to wetlands, river trials and unobstructed views of town park, Bear Creek preserve and cascading waterfalls! This 1-bdrm condo has a long layout that flows east to west and ends on a spectacular viewing balcony adjacent to the San Miguel River. Take in the morning sun as it crests over Ajax peak and watch the box canyon come to life! With nature as your neighbor but downtown 2 blocks away, the Box Canyon Boutique offers Telluride in harmony! Music, Mountains and Majesty!



THE SPACE:

This bright condo is a true mountain getaway and located in the heart of Telluride.  We provide our guests covered off-street parking and the convenience of walking to all that Telluride has to offer. The Box Canyon Boutique has a full kitchen, bath, dining and lounging areas. The unit also has a stacked washer and dryer in the condo for guest use. There is an incredible hot tub enjoyed by guests of the complex that sits near the banks of the San Miguel River! Walk out your door and onto the River Trail that connects to Bear Creek preserve and beyond. Take in the daily alpen-glow show from your balcony and immerse yourself in the best of Telluride's mountain magic!



GETTING AROUND:

With Telluride's historic main street just a block away, our guests will enjoy instant access to a legendary culinary scene, boutique shopping, hiking trails, chairlifts and the free gondola. No car needed to enjoy endless adventures here in the San Juan Mountains! The free galloping goose bus stops right out front of the building and can take riders anywhere in town. The free gondola to the Mountain Village is 3 blocks away and takes riders up to the breathtaking San Sophia Station and beyond.

Great views and location near the main street and easily walkable everywhere. Host went above and beyond with our requests, providing coffee and beverages for our arrival, and providing recs. Easiest hot tub to get to that we’ve ever experienced. Steam shower was an added bonus. Be aware that the building is old and if you like to sleep in, you might get woken up by noises from surrounding neighbors.

Great little spot. Not the Four Seasons, but, comfortable bed, great steam shower. Fully Stocked Kitchen, washer and dryer, big TV with all the channels, short walk to the Gondola and Telluride restaurants. Will stay here again.

Great experience!

My husband, 7 year old and I had a great experience. The location (next to the sledding hill!) is fantastic and only a short walk to the gondola and restaurants. Bathroom (heated floor and steam shower!) was very nice. Would recommend to friends and family.

We were just a few steps away from everything we wanted to do, hiking, trail running, shopping and dining. The perks were a wonderful touch— snacks and drinks upon our arrival, and the property was clean and perfect for the two of us. The view was amazing, too. I would definitely return!

Ski Trip February 2025

We were quite pleased with the Box Canyon Boutique! Check-in and out were easy, and the unit had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Heating worked well and the view from the deck can't be beat! True to what it states in the description, it's a quiet building, which we loved after skiing all day. The location was only a few minutes' easy walk to the free gondola at Telluride Station. Parking was covered parking, which was much appreciated as there was no need to register our car and fight for a spot - extra stars for that! We would definitely return!

Great location and view, but overpriced

We really enjoyed our stay. You couldn't ask for a better location. The view and steam shower was a big plus. Overall, high quality. However, several non-trivial cons: no longer pet friendly (we were charged a $75 pet fee); the hot tub was "closed for the season" the entire time we were there; the balcony is shared (meaning anybody can walk in front of the windows). All of these things made the difference between this place and our second choice option pretty minimal but this place was twice as expensive (during off season).

Beautiful location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Luke’s condo, the location is amazing. Just off the walking trail along the creek. The back deck has amazing Mountain View’s and it’s just a couple blocks to the gondola and downtown. Perfect for people traveling with pets!

Great stay and location!

We spent 3 nights in Telluride. Free parking, free games, full kitchen appliances and the shower is awesome. Some tips: the shower doubles as a steam room, just remember to turn on the vent while in use or the fire alarm will go off. Sonos is controlled by the tv so connect your music apps through that. The door lock blinks red when you enter the code, but wait 3 seconds and it should turn green and you can open the door. Had a great stay and loved the location!
