“We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient ”

“The apartment was a little smaller than expected but it was big enough for my husband and I. I had a bit of a hard time getting the heater going because I am not familiar with split AC (the temp was 40⁰) so I messaged the owner and I got an immediate response with a instructional video. After the apartment warmed up, it was so cozy I didn't want to leave!”

“We stayed for 4 nights with another couple and our dog. We had the best time! The condo is clean and the location is incredible. Katie was so responsive and easy to communicate with! It was great having a bedroom and bathroom on each side of the condo for privacy, a table to play board games, fridge, etc. The building is very dog friendly. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.”

“This apartment is very comfortable and a good value for the price. If you like to cook, the gas stove is a real plus. Fort Totten Metro Station (Red & Green lines) was an easy 12-minute walk. If you're driving, street parking was readily available in front of the apartment every day I was there. Finally, the owner provided clear instructions and even stocked the apartment with some drinks, snacks, and good coffee! ”

“The property was neat as a pin and larger than captured in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, as was the couch (there were snoring issues in our party). “We absolutely loved this VRBO. It was in good shape, a great size and the location can not be beat for sure. If you stay, make sure you walk to Jimmy Ts on the corner for some corned beef hash. They make you feel at home. Parking is tricky, but doable with some pre-planning. Down side, the upstairs residents. I was in DC to bury my father at Arrington. Our first night there was a Wednesday. “Everything was clean and tidy, and the beds were really comfortable. We had the main bedroom, and the large closet and bathroom were great. We had family staying in the other bedroom, and they did say that the other bedrooms had no storage other than hang up space in the closet. I relayed this to the very responsive property manage, and they thanked me for the suggestion. I would definitely stay there again!”

The location was very clean and had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and living room, well appointed kitchen, and an amazing shower. The neighborhood was quiet and very cute. Easly walkable to great restaurants and bars, and about 1 mile from the Capitol, which made for a nice walk through the beautiful neighborhood. Communication was great and check-in was a breeze. “This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20 minute walk from the metro (because a lot of it is uphill). Easy access in and out of the space. Terry was a great communicator and host!”
