“We had a great time in this lovely appartment. We are a family with two kids, 11 and 14. Everything was super nice and clean. We felt at home the moment we entered the appartement. We were looking for a place a bit outside Washington in a nice neighbourhood. This appartement was exactely what we wanted. We had a car so it was easy to get around. Washington can be reached within 30 minutes. Also Baltimore. We also visited Annapolis, which was a 20 minutes drive. The appartement looked like……

“Pretty place, close to metro, lots of restaurants and shops”

“we had a great stay, located in a nice neighborhood , the place was clean and well -stocked very comfortable, and i must point out the giant screen t.v was set -up with every cable channel you can imagine, the owner was very friendly and super reponsive ,we thank you so much for your hospitality.....”

“Close to metro one direction. The walk to the metro not the best area. But the walk the other direction is great. Wonderful market across the street. Many great restaurants nearby within walking distances. The apartment is very nice. Living are is a bit small for 6 adults but manageable. We had a wonderful visit.”

“This apartment worked out great for our family. Walkable to Crystal City metro which is a great station to get to all the activities you want to see in DC (about 15-20 min easy walk and trains about 15-20 minutes ride to the mall). Plus you are right by the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery. Beds as described, ample bedding and pillows for our group of five. Kitchen stocked with all pots, pans, and dishes you would need to prepare breakfast and dinners. Had ample amount of paper towels,……

“I stayed here while I was in DC for work, and I couldn't ask for a better place. It is walking distance to my office (and to all the best DC sights, if you are there for fun). It's a very comfortable studio with a very clean kitchen and comfortable bed. What else could you ask for? I'll definitely stay here again.”

“The property was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our short trip to VA. I couldnt believe how big the beds and bedrooms were! The only downside was that the reserved parking spot rules arent followed at the building. We had to park on the street. Thankfully it was close and that didnt cause any issues.”

“Very clean 1 bedroom property. Had lots of great amenities that made my stay very comfortable. 10 minute walk to Metro, which was what I needed to be a tourist and go to my conference. Nice outside table that I enjoyed in the evening. Wonderful street nearby with great restaurants and stores. Helpful hosts. I would stay here again 😀”

“The condo was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very nice, and we cooked several meals there. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The neighborhood was a little sketchy (wouldn’t walk around at night) but so is most of DC. Overall, we had a great trip”

“May was very helpful, very responsive. She gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants and the place was great for couples. There were a couple of pans that weren’t clean, but May let the cleaning people know. The amenities showed a jacuzzi, but that was incorrect. May said she was planning to get that corrected. The kitchen and living area were beautiful. The bathrooms were very nice. The master was very nice.”

“The listing is just as described. We had great communication with the Property Manager who answered all of our questions timely. Check-in was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking space. The unit is so large we all had our own rooms and bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out.”

“Very nice space, looks like just renovated. Brand new kitchen appliances, great shower, convenient bed set up in the bedroom. Our family of 4 wife slept on big bed, 6 year old in the bunk, 3 year old on the trundle, and me on the couch. The TV in the main room is about 65 inches. Provided snacks and some sodas, plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Host was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. A grocery store is in walking distance and train station is a mere 2 minutes driving.……

“This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door codes, and our room was being cleaned when we arrived at 4. The cleaning staff was not expecting us; however, the person cleaning our room was friendly and helpful, and he gave us working door codes. The place could use a deep clean (fridge, baseboards, etc.),……

A nice addition was the complimentary shelf with things like coffee, sugar PB&J and condiments. I scored the location kind of low due to an older building w/ thin floors and noisy neighbors at night (noted in the property description- not Papa's fault).”
