"The staff was very helpful and attentive. It’s an older property so there is some wear and tear that could addressed. The free parking is a great perk. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, ham, yogurts, toast, bagels, fruit, juice and the option to make a fresh Belgian waffle. Close to the Casey’s arena formerly known as the Wells Fargo arena. Not far from downtown. Overally we were really happy with the stay. We would definitely book this property again."

"The reviews that complained about this place must have been nothing but straight up haters! My first "outing" after cancer treatment and the hotel was amazing... the front desk were courteous and house keeping even was nice to my grand son that came with wife and I. If there was a complaint , it would be ppl that had no business parking in handicap parking were parked in assigned spots most of weekend...management should check that occasionally as sometimes it was hard for me to get though garage and parking lot."

"All the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were 3 reasons we gave 4 instead of 5 on the overall rating: 1) the "free breakfast" was only extended to 2 adults from each room, and we had 4 adults in our room. So rather than eat in the hotel restaurant, we went to a local favorite brunch place, to cater to the wishes of the group, so that 'amenity' was wasted on us. 2) we had trouble figuring out how to get to the hotel because of the parking lot being closed. We did eventually locate the correct lot and were able to schlepp our luggage across the street safely, with some extra effort. 3) the faucet in the tub/shower was almost impossible to turn fully off. All 4 adult members of our party tried to turn the tub faucet so the water would fully STOP, but only the heavily muscled, 21-year old college athlete member of our party was able to get it turned fully off with great effort. I definitely want to repeat that ALL the staff were friendly and helpful, from Ken at the desk, to the wonderful bartender/waitress in Cityscape the night we arrived, to the housekeeping staff. Overall, it was a GOOD stay, with a few inconveniences."

"Property is as described by owners. We found that everything we needed was provided in the house. As stated in the description, it is beside an apartment complex. We had access to the indoor and outdoor pools. The kids didn't want to use the indoor because of the bugs around it and in the water. They did enoy the outdoor pool. Several times cars came into the area in front of the house that turned out to be food deliveries for the apartments. The first time it was a weird surprise, but once we figured out what it was, no big deal. There was plenty to entertain the grandkids. My 3 children, their families and I enjoyed the comfort of gathering and having space to spread out."
