“Close to beach. Pool. ”

“We liked the location. The unit needs some updating and paint. Carpet is not our best choice in a unit for cleanliness.”

“GOOD AREA AND GROCERY NEARBY BECAUSE WALMART IS NEXT BLOCK AND RESTAURANTS NEAR THE PROPERTY, THE BEACH IS ACROSS THE STREET, THE ROOM NEEDS UPGRADE BUT EVERYTHING WAS WORKING GOOD.”

“Overall this place is a great place to stay. The pool and access to the beach was wonderful. Condo is smaller than appeared in pictures. King, and twin bed mattress were harder than preferred, so bring a pad if soft mattress are needed. Facility had plenty of towels. No trash bags, so bring some. Overall great place, easy parking, and wonderful security! I would stay again with a max of 4 adults.”

“Love the deck straight to the water just for us”

“Needed a mental refresh and this getaway was exactly what was needed! The only stipulation was being on the beach and having balcony face the ocean. All the boxes were checked! Just a short walk and we were on the beach and could wake up and see and hear the ocean from both balconies. Very easy access to town, restaurants, etc. Great weekend retreat!”

“Property very nice and clean. Could have used some lamps and table in bedroom. I am short so had hard time reaching kitchen cabinets and fan pulls. But every thing worked out. Pleased didnt have a lot of cleaning requirements like some of your properties.”

“My grand twins had a wonderful time visiting the beach for the first time. The condo was the perfect size for our family. Im glad we were told about the construction at the front of the building or I would have been concerned upon first entering. The location was near everything we had planned for the week. We ate in a few days and dined out a few times. The information in the convo notebook was very helpful. Kids played with the games and sand toys. We would def do it again. Only thing I would……

“The condo was amazing. Great location. Check in was confusing because prior tenants didn't return keys or fobs. Never received garage fob. Even with the check in confusion, we would be happy to return.”

“We have stayed at many condos at casa Del Mar and this has become our favorite! The owners are extremely sweet they were very attentive and answered any questions we had with such grace! The condo is decorated so cute, everything was clean and the veiw of the ocean was perfect, oh and the master bedroom bed was so comfortable! They thought of everything, the kids loved the board games and books! The coffee bar was stocked with coffee and flavored water sticks that was a nice touch, also……

“Loved the fact that the property is directly on the ocean. The condo is cute and clean. However, the dishwasher pods didn’t dissolve so we hand washed all cups and plates. We washed one load of laundry and the dryer didn’t work so we had to take the load to the washer/dryer facilities on site. The mattresses on the beds were old and saggy and once we stripped the beds, the mattresses were terribly stained. All and all, great location and cute but maintenance needed if you are going to advertise……

“Loved the easy access to the beach. All the kitchen appliances that were available came in handy! We couldn’t get the living room fan to come on, but other than that, it was awesome!”

“We enjoyed our stay at Enchanted Sea Star. Had everything we needed and great access to the beach. We were there in mid May so weather was great and not crowed. This place could sleep a lot of people but it was just me and my husband this time. Would recommend the Enchanted sea Star! The hosts are great also.”
