“Pool and restaurant closed for private event. No notification of this before checking in. Was told maid service was every other day-they came everyday—banging on door at 8am. Asked for a late check out I. Lieu of not getting to use pool/spa/restaurant but was turned down. Not too customer oriented. ”

“I like the basket of bread, apple and juice they put outside your door in the morning. You can take it to one of the places they have around the site and enjoy your quiet morning.”

“The hotel is charming, right on the beach. Check in, the pool, bar and restaurant are on the 7th floor. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our visit was wonderful!”

“Room was clean, and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Could have provided more towels in room. They did not provide cleaning or fresh towels, but it was the weekend. Parking was close to room and easy to find spot.”

“The pool area was infested with love bugs in the afternoon. I was at other properties which had them as well, but not like the Edge There were dead ones all over the ground. The entrance to to hotel is from the parking garage. There is nowhere to purchase snacks or cold drinks in the lobby. There is no beach! The rooftop bar was great. Room was clean and serviced nicely. Spent my days at the hotel next door (nicer pool) and nights at Shepards which is the place to stay.”

“Slight hiccup in checking in as room was not ready. After checking back several times we were upgraded to a better room and received complimentary parking... a HUGE benefit thanks to the very wonderful KEVIN. Can't say enough about how very helpful and accommodating he was. Definitely made our stay great. Room was very clean, comfortable and taken care of daily. Breakfast was abundant with several selections. No one will go hungry! Pool was great. A short walk to the beach and you are all……
