「This is a lovely place. My room had plenty of space and was spotless. The staff were lovely and really helpful. The pub bit of the building is adjacent and has excellent food.」

「Nice air conditioning, flawless bathrooms.」

「Absolutely amazing people and service. The Italian designers feel penetrates the entire buildings which used to be a church. Love the experience. Again, employees are so friendly and nice! Totally happy 」

「Management, hotel staff, and bar staff were genuinely nice and helpful people. Amazing customer service and attention to detail. Great location and immaculate rooms. Don’t hesitate to stay here.」

「good but not meet the expectations as always when i live with rosewood， sorry to say that」

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe...

「This apartment was not an at but a very small room without any relationship to the advertised photos!」

「You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they...

「Great location for the train station.」

「Everything was fine except the lift broke down at night and not able to use when checking out in the morning. Fortunately that we are staying at the low floors.」

「Excellent service. Staff are very friendly, kind and helpful」

「It is great as usual. Best choice in London」
