"The staff were really nice and festive. The hotel entrance and lobby had a very pleasant aroma. The room on the other hand could definitely use an upgrade and the cleanliness could have been much better, the bathroom especially with the tub holding water. But as a positive, the location was superb! We were right in the middle of everything! "

"Pros: Location in proximity to Times Square/Broadway can’t be beat. Rooms are exactly as advertised. Staff was really kind and helpful without being pushy. Also loved that it took an elevator ride to get to the lobby… Felt removed from street busyness! Cons: Couldn’t get room to cool or water to get hot. I’m middle aged and found the bed and pillows really awful and woke with headaches/back pain each of the three mornings. Staff offered extra blankets to make bed more plush, which was kind, but that wasn’t enough. "

"When we finally got the keys to our room, it turned out the room was already occupied so we had to go back to the lobby and get a new room. We were in a rush to get to a dinner event so this turned out to be a real inconvenience. Never happened here before, so just hoping it’s a one off as we stay here somewhat often. "
