"I have never loved a hotel so much! It felt old in all the right ways. The staff was so sweet and we had a windowless room but I loved it. I could have spent more time in the atrium but wanted to see the city!"

A very special thank you to Mr. Charles at the front desk—he truly went above and beyond for our family. Not only was he kind and professional, but he resolved our issue with our A/C very promptly. Also have to give Mrs. Jay(Concierge Area) a huge Thank you as well she was so patient and helpful with us and we were able to book 2 adventures even though it was time for her to leave. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations. From the atmosphere to the customer service, this place deserves nothing less than a 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!"

"The Westin is in an ideal location to explore the city it also offers a beautiful view of the Mississippi River the valet and hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern clean and spacious We had crab cakes and drinks at the bar and all good. We come to New Orleans frequently and this is one of our favorite hotels. Parking is expensive but this true for most hotels near the French quarter or downtown area. "

"Comfortable bed, room has alot of moisture floors feel like slime. Staffing was great. No amenities. Strret parking is good. Rooms really need upgraded, rusty faucets and leaking shower. Shower curtians really bad shape. The water going on the floor is not good for the structure of the building"

"The hotel is well appointed and in a prime location. The bed was like home and the grounds are stunning. Great bands playing right downstairs. Will definitely stay again!"

"We didn't eat at the hotel and never saw an opening at the bar, but we came and went a lot and the doormen were very friendly. The room was elegant and very clean. Real down pillows! The location was very central. We walked everywhere for 5 days."
