"Everything was clean and comfortable. Our check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The amenities were all under renovation so you local competition received much of our business for food and entertainment. It would have been nice to know about this in advance so we could have planned accordingly. The temperatures were 0 degrees so we would have preferred not having to go elsewhere. "This was the perfect stay for a solo traveler. I rode the Logan Express from the airport into back bay for free. Copley House was a very short walk to and from the Logan Express stop. Super convenient location and walking distance from The Prudential Center. I didn’t have to Uber at all because everything was walking distance and I felt safe returning at night. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I stayed in a loft on the side of the main hotel, and it was extremely spacious with all the amenities I needed. It was definitely worth the price, especially given the beautiful area it’s located in. I didn’t interact much with the staff, but the few interactions I had were very pleasant.
