Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa. Fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and all of the closet space you’ll need. Master bedroom has en-suite bath and a 2nd bedroom with lockout door for privacy. Cable TV is on wireless to use in either bedroom.
Outside you’ll enjoy time in a privately backyard for grilling on the BRAND NEW flat grill, sunning or relaxing.
Best part of your time will be visiting all of the on site amenities with a PROVIDED GOLF CART! Several pools within a mile, all levels of the golf courses you could ever want, recreation centers, shops and restaurants all a golf cart ride away.

Perfect for family holiday

Great Rental in The Villages

The house was exactly as advertised. The house was one of the cleanest rental we stayed at and in a great location. We will definitly try to stay there again when we pass through The Villages.

The Villa was lovely. Amazing location. Super easy to get everywhere in just a few minutes. Lots of little extras (like foil and envelopes) that were greatly appreciated. Would stay again.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in Liberty Park, there was quick access to pools, golf and recreation activities. Villa was very clean and neat, the size fit our needs. The use of the golf cart was great, didn't have the hassle of renting one. We would rent again.

Great Time in The Villages

We had a great stay our time in the villages. The house was awesome. Clean, well kept and comfy just like home. Kevin was an outstanding host. Got right back to me ASAP with everything I needed. Home was located in a great spot not far from all the Town Squares. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay while going to the villages.

Very nice

This is right in the middle of The Villages and a quiet neighborhood. The courtyard maintains privacy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might forget to bring. I appreciate that there are no stairs into the house at the front door or the garage. Very convenient to multiple rec centers and all the town squares.

Everything we wanted!

Kevin was great. He answered any questions we had and his villa was perfect! Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils and paper supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was even a Keurig and several K-cups. We enjoyed coffee and donuts on the lanai and sitting in the sun on the lounge chairs. My wife particularly enjoyed riding the golf cart to the town squares. The Villages App was extremely helpful in navigating the multi-modal trails. Overall a great stay. We intend to return. Thanks, John and Sue
