"Great location, parking was great addition. I think that the house is a work in progress- upstairs and front rooms appeared to have been renovated ( although couldn’t turn on hot tap on bathroom sink and main lights in bedroom didn’t light - we were ok using the side lights)Kitchen and lean to in need of updating, and garden needs attention. However I would return as it was clean, comfortable and in great location"

"Lovely little terraced cottage very close to the centre of Hay. The hosts communication was perfect and we would thoroughly recommend this property for a romantic getaway."

"The Courthouse was perfect for what we required - easy to walk to the centre of Hay on Wye and all its bookshops and other unique shops, cafe's, pubs and restaurants. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the level access ground floor was ideal for our party (one could not manage stairs) The house was lovely and warm and cosy to come back too after some hours of book searching! Everything was as described and access via key lock worked well. We enjoyed our welcome pack to include fresh milk and a bottle of wine. The TV Firestick took a little working out, but we did in the end find the channels we wanted - perhaps a basic note with instructions? We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definately be back."
