「Perfect location especially if you like to walk to great restaurants off Baker St. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms have the most comfortable beds. My only disappointment is they are fully booked when we come back to London later this month. This is an amazing hotel!」

「A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.」

「Family room size is OK but bathroom is very small, weak shower and quite confined.」

「This little gem was fabulous - the location (very close to Baker Street tube), staff and room were exceptional. Be careful because there is no lift and stairs are a bit steep. A special shout out to Alex, for her cheery attitude and general helpfulness. Thank you so much.」

「Clean and comfortable room albeit small. Well decorated and stylish. No teaspoons or milk. Coffee was solid in a jar so not drinkable. Room was not made up properly after the first night, 1 wet towel removed and 1 wet towel left on the floor but neither replaced despite leaving them in the shower to indicate that they needed changing. No new tea or milk left. As we didn't return to our room until late we couldn't contact anyone. TV only works if their WiFi worked, that was very haphazard....

「The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.」

「The room is small with a very high bed. I need to climb up with some effort. The shower curtain is also very short which cannot prevent water from going to the carpet outside. The price is also not friendly but it is really convenient. Just a few minutes walk from Paddington station. 」

「We arrived early and room was ready which is always a bonus to me. I was promised a room with a window through previous email communication. Floor 1 room 105 was a fab room bit small and not a lot of room to manoeuvre about the side of the bed but bed was comfy. I was offered Turkish delight on arrival (my favourite) the toiletries in the room were gorgeous but I forgot to take a bit of they were so if someone could let me know I’d be grateful. Breakfast was good, area clean and plenty to...
