"Upon my arrival, my reservation was lost due to a change with the system. After much back and forth, I was given a room in a mostly abandoned and creepy motel. It met the basic requirements of a somewhat clean room, bed and shower. I was happy to leave the next morning. "
"This place is not clean at all. Walked into our non smoking room, and all my family could smell was cigarette. The beds and pillows were stained. Also found hairs all over the beds along with bed bugs. Over all a very unpleasant experience. Checked out of that place as soon as possible. I would advise not to stay at this place. "
"We stayed a week and wished we did not. Our TV was not working properly and I asked several times for them to only come in and say there is nothing they can do. Mind you the hotel was not full. I asked for room service and never received it. Very upset that I wasted the money."

"Great location, clean and good space to gather in back yard."
"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. Shelby was great at communicating prior to us arriving and then throughout the weekend when we needed to ask questions. The house is very cute and well laid out and we appreciated that the light switches and things were labeled so that we could find things without trial and error. The location was also very convenient to the graduation ceremony and other restaurants in grocery stores in the neighborhood.If we’re in the Lubbock area will definitely try to stay here again!"

"This property is amazing. It has a at home feeling about it. The rooms are a nice size and the beds we very comfortable. The outside area was great. The weather allowed us to eat outdoors every day. This property was a perfect ending to my Graduates journal. "
