"Wonderful hotel with friendly and very competent staff. We were greeted by Stephanie on the day that we arrived, and she made us feel at home and took such good care of us that I had to say something about it because she went above and beyond any experience I have had at any hotel I have been to in the US. The only downside about the hotel is that the block toward the large parking garage has a lot of homeless people and smells like a urinal, but if you go right from the hotel entrance, the next street over has wonderful restaurants and leads towards the Yale campus and it's beautiful architecture."
