「Excellent check in by a very helpful young lady. Explained everything in a clear concise and relaxed way. Showed us to the lifts, explained how the key card worked, a nice touch but we already knew how they worked. She told us about local eateries and wrote them down for us as well as saying how long to walk to them. We ate at a couple and yes well recommended. 「Value for money. Good service and friendly staff. Continental breakfast is good. The only setback is that a loud noise of the alarm woke up everyone at around 5:55am accidentally and it lasted for a few seconds. 」

One thing gets to me a little is that the towels seem to leave a lot of cootton on my body and hands after use, which the hotel should look into it. But overall Im happy with the stay and would come back definitely if I'm in Leeds」

「The staff were fabulous. We were put in a assisted access room. Which we did not request. Lamps did not work. Our aircon did not work unfortunately and so i had to request a fan at 3am as too hot to sleep. The maintenace team came to the room the morning after and could not fix the problem so we were moved to another room. The aircon in the new room worked, yet the tv did not.
