“This was exactly what we thought it would be. Please know that if you are an outdoors type person and just need a place to watch tv while you fall asleep then this is for you. Keep in mind it is small but very comfortable. Woke up and had my coffee with about 25 manatee in the water just outside the camper!! How neat to see them and all the fish and sharks too. Would definitely stay here again and try my luck at fishing next time. Outdoor shower did not disappoint and the water was nice and hot!……

“Location is far enough that it's gave the quiet serene feeling we were looking for. We even got to see firefly's for the first time since we were all kids. The road leading to the house is unpaved so please be careful. The property manager stayed on property near by in case we needed anything. Apologies if we watched movies to loud.”

“Could have been more open on the porch, no view, high wooden fence that blocks view of anything except small view of small porch. Other than that no complaints.”

We were in town visiting family and were staying here as a central location to all. The hosts responded to all inquiries promptly.”

“I needed a place to stay for a few days. This was a nice, quiet, studio type unit with a full size refrigerator. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants within a few minutes driving distance, but you do need a car to get around if you are going to stay here. Overall though, this studio was much nicer than staying in a typical motel and at half the cost. I would stay here again if I came back to theis area again.”

“The property was as listed in Verbo. Clean, Friendly, Safe neighborhood, comfortable bed, very near parks and downtown. This space was small to live in for 2 months but very manageable for 2 and our cat. The back patio was well maintained and the bar b que was top of the line. I would recommend this property.”

“I thought this little cottage on the river was very Nice. Clean and cute with a great view. My negative is that I think they should be a little more transparent with there description of the place along with pictures. It is ALONG SIDE, RIGHT next TO , STEPS FROM u.s.19. The main road thru town. Loud motorcycles, cars, ambulance, police, and fire engines constantly. Also the pics of the place should include that you are in a tripleX with 2 other units. Sponge town is close. Greek food galore! And……

“We throughly enjoyed every minute of our vacation. This house was exceptional! Kitchen and bathroom were perfectly stocked. The house was throughly cleaned to perfection. The beautiful view of the river and watching the sunset in the evening made our stay even more spectacular . Our only concern at that time was in regards to parking. If you have more than two cars, inquire about additional cars, otherwise you'd have to make accommodations for extra parking. That being said, this house is a……

“Awesome property and host!! My overall rating would be 4.5. My only suggestion to make the check in process a bit clearer. The message should reflect that the lockbox is located at the apartment door rather than the front of the property.”
