"Unfortunately due to unforeseen AC problems, we were downgraded from a 3 bedroom villa to a 2 bedroom villa. They were able to also get us a bedroom in the hotel to accommodate our other guests - which on 4th of July weekend was awesome. The villa itself wasn’t the cleanest, but we made due with what we had. Outside of those things, we had an awesome time. The food, the pool, the lagoon - great!"

"The resort was nice quiet and well maintained. There are a few little things they could do better like the bedding is a little run down and they don’t make the beds everyday and there are a few little things around the property that need a little love but it was a very nice stay. The staff was excellent so helpful and accommodating. The only thing is that if you have dog and cat allergies this is a pet friendly property and they don’t have specific rooms set apart for folks with allergies so just be aware of that."

"This is an outstanding set up for families with kids. I would definitely stay here again. The staff at check in was fair, housekeeping and around the pool excellent. I thought food and drinks on site were significantly overpriced. BYOB and plan to dine out in town."

"My husband and I have been here 4 times in the past twelve months. It is always amazing here. Peaceful at night with great views. The staff and maids are so welcoming!! This is our number one vacation spot because of how great the property and people are! Best spot in the keys!!!"
