“The décor and atmosphere were great, and the room was very spacious and clean. I especially loved the shower. However, there was one small incident that left me speechless — my key card kept getting deactivated, and I had to go to the front desk three times before I could finally get into my room.”

“The room didn’t appear dirty, but it smelled bad and felt unclean even after housekeeping. I did not feel comfortable staying. I was booked for five nights but left after one, even payed for the 2nd night I didn’t use because I wanted to leave that badly. The front desk was also defensive when I raised these concerns. I booked this hotel partly because Expedia listed it as popular with solo travelers, but as a woman traveling alone, that did not reflect my experience. The environment felt……

“On the first night there my sheets had a couple stains on them and there were a couple of red hairs in my bed which caused me to just sleep on top of the covers. Some of the ceiling tiles were out of place above the shower. I ended up fixing the ceiling tiles to the point where they were put back into place. The second night I was there they actually swapped the bed sheets out.”
