「I was told not to stay here, but took a chance anyways. My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip to play at the Winstar casino and decided to stay in Gainesville because it was cheaper. The room was cleaner than I expected, minus a few bugs around the room. 「We asked for towels to be replaced and the room cleaned, they told us it's not on the cleaning schedule. We stayed there from Sunday to Tuesday with the same towels. Worst experience I ever had in any hotel.」

「The road construction hinders the access. The mobility access room did not have walk in facilities and the bed was too high to get in and out of with out assistance. The breakfast area had two tables with regular chairs. Otherwise bar height seating or couches were the available options. Not exactly comfortable for elderly short individuals who have difficulty with mobility.」
