“We had a wonderful time in Memphis, our host was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The appartement is the best place you can imagine for your stay in Memphis: nice neighbourhood, near all the sights, lovely old house which is spotlessly clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We hope we will come back soon!”

“It was a very nice stay. Would stay again if in the area.”

“Quiet little property perfect for solo or couples! Close to everything you'd want to see in Memphis.”

“Excellent apartment, spacious, clean and everything you need Great having secure parking Walking distance to some good places to eat and to Beale Street Would definitely stay again if in the area”

“Funky place. Comfy bed, and full kitchen. Off street parking. 10 minute uber ride to the cool places, and a 6 minute walk to a great bar.”

When I raised these documented issues to request a refund, management was obstinate about it handling it directly. They forced me to go through a lengthy insurance claims process instead of taking accountability. I strongly recommend AVOIDING this property.”

“It was nice comfortable and very convenient to get to where u wanna go in walking distance”

“The property was very nice i would definitely book again,i didn’t have any problems i felt safe in the area.”

“I stayed at Boho Grove while attending a K9 seminar in the area. It was in a perfect location to get to/from the seminar. Jayme was very responsive and easy to work with. The place was clean and my dog appreciated the back yard.”

“My partner and I booked pretty last minute after staying in a disaster budget hotel and this place was a godsend. The parking lot has plenty of space and if you're nervous about the narrow driveway, there's plenty of street parking. I booked through a third party and I think that's why I had issues with check-in - the info is supposed to unlock once you're within check-in time and complete the pre-check-in survey, but it didn't unlock for me - however I emailed the owner and got it sorted out……
