“This is brand new property (we were apparently it's first overnight customers) directly on the Bay of Kator that is immaculate. Spacious room with balconies overlooking the bay with a modern design and setup. The staff was fantastic especially Nikoli, Aleksander, and especially Milka the manager. Breakfast was a la carte, fresh and delicious, with homegrown olive oil bottle on each table. If that wasn't enough, the properties own direct access to the bay with loungers, exclusive swimming area,……

“I want my money back. I was sold s place that was beach front ,nkt a half mile away from the beach. They didnt even have curtains at my room so I was up at 6am because of the sunlight. Bad bad experience. I tried to move rooms to their closer to the beach unit, but they gad no openings I felt that I was lied to ...complete scam”

The room was poor; a low ceiling meant we had to crawl into bed, dated and poor quality furnishing, no bottled water, no tea/coffee facilities etc. There was a nasty smell from the drains in the room and on the stairs. In addition, it seemed as if the terrace was not for the sole use of the residents and in nearly every case, was already reserved for outside guests, so when we wanted to get a drink we were restricted. “The hotel was situated in a perfect place .Beautiful setting. Just opposite the tour boats. A few nice beaches nearby. The best beaches in my opinion ….one to the left of the hotel walking around the marina. Nice snack bar called the Red Lobster. Another nice beach resort Waikiki. La propreté est irréprochable, la literie excellente ; la climatisation très bien réglée est plus qu'appréciable en été. Se garer est assez facile quand les autres clients font l'effort de ne pas prendre deux places pour une seule voiture... les points faibles : L'évacuation de la douche était complètement bouchée.
