Very spacious, great location, very close to train and surrounding activities. Very helpful videos explaining check-in and how to find the place as addresses can be confusing in Japan.
We decided to stay over in Shinjuku while visiting Tokyo area from Osaka where we our extended stay was. The flat was great - spacious and comfortable - and exactly what we were hoping for in our short overnight stay. Just a short walk from Shinjuku and just what we needed for our family of six.
