“Being a member of the hotel group, I’ve been staying in this hotel for more than 20 years during my visit in Shinjuku area. Cost me more than 90,000 yen for 2 nights and being allocated to a single room on 3/F. The only view from my room was the external concrete wall of a building in front. When asking for extension of check-out time at the counter, the serving staff (from other country) was not very helpful like those Japanese staff before.”

“Good stay. Proper Japanese style house which is slightly worn but overall in good condition. would definitely stay again. 1st floor: big bedroom, bath/shower room, separate toilet 2nd floor: kitchen/living room, large tatami room with futon mats, toilet (no shower/bath) 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms with beds, another room without a bed bring your own hand towels!”
