“The unit itself was in a great location and easy to get around with shops and transport close by. Check in process was smooth and convenient. The apartment itself was mostly im good condition- the bathroom needs a bit of work as has a strong mould smell but good for a short stay while travelling and a decent price”

“The landlord refused to give us the addresses of the apartment or the place for picking up the keys until just before we arrived ... we are in our 80s ... we simply could not travel to Europe and taxi from the airport without knowing well before we left where we were going ... so we cancelled the rental and believe we should get a refund ... we have asked Expedia to help us but they have not been helpful, and have done nothing to help with the refund ... we are disgusted with the landlord and……

“We did not like that we had to walk 8 mins from property to get a key, it was also very hard to find the key safe box. We found the property moderately clean, could have been cleaned better. Neighborhood was great!! ”

“great location and apartment was exactly as described/pictured. staff was very responsive. key pickup/drop off was VERY inconvenient, especially as a solo traveller with a couple bags. would have appreciated more stock on amenities such as toilet paper for a longer term stay. ”

“✔️Clean, safe and secure. Great location. ✖️No where to put stuff. No comforts. We were very busy seeing the sights so we used it to shower and sleep. Nothing else was possible. The spiral, narrow staircase was so difficult to get your cases up to your room with no elevator. The property was being decorated but when we arrived I just saw a dirty black carpet and tape all round the banister. I was so sad and thought I’d messed up with my choice, but next day we heard a vacuum cleaner……

“The little suite is in a great location. It was quite hot without AC and with windows open there was lots of outside noise so a bit difficult for sleeping. Carpet in room was quite dirty. The management staff were very responsive - really as expected for the ratings shown.”

“Neighborhood is amazing, stairs are fine. Needs a new mattress for the bed. A little lively at night but with the windows closed we fell asleep just fine. They have a dryer and washing machine combo but it wasn’t connected when we were there.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. It is as advertised. Location is good. It is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to get to some lively areas for food and entertainment. Only issue is that it was pretty hot in the unit so be prepared to sweat a bit if you go during the summer. The apartment has no AC which we knew going in. There were some fans in the unit but they didn’t work. When I reached out to the management team, I was informed that they were not part of the amenities listed and just left by prior……
