“Wow! I absolutely LOVED my stay here! The tiny homes are adorable, clean, and very comfortable. The story behind the homes is also really cool! The owners went above and beyond during my stay, southern hospitality at its best. The location was great, just a few minutes away from the beach and historic Cape Charles. I'll be returning!”

“We celebrated our anniversary in Cape Charles for a week and stayed in the “Fisherman” unit. The property and home itself were well maintained and cared for. We enjoyed tiny livin for the week and would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone marking a trip to the eastern shore. It may not be directly in the heart of Cape Charles like other properties but that is completely fine, the “community” feel definitely makes up for it. Eric & Sylvia we’re excellent people as well. “We chose this property based on location and amenities at the house and it all exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the public beach enabled us to see a beautiful sunset every night. Plenty of things to see and do around Cape Charles but we enjoyed it being so central to several parks to go hiking in. Anna was super responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. “If you want a great location with walking access to downtown Cape Charles, then this is the place. We arrived in town and easily found the place following the directions we were given. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful touches, those details set Cape Haven apart from just another condo. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying there again!”

“I think I said this in my last review but if you like boats this is the place for you. We love sitting outside watching the boats come and go. Walking to the Shanty is quick and easy. We would much rather stay here than right in the town. The property was clean enough but I feel like it really can use a deep cleaning. There’s lots of lovely decorations that seem to catch a lot of dust and hair. We plan on coming back in a few years and staying here again. Thanks for the great family memories.”

“My father and I attended my niece's wedding in Cape Charles. We enjoyed our stay and everything was as advertised. Very clean and tidy. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice, clean and quiet place to stay. It is about a mile or so outside of town.”

“Enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen. Would have been even better if there was comfortable furniture in the living room so all adults could have enjoyed being together. Only a couch in the living room so had to use kitchen chairs which are not very comfortable.”

“Property was great. Loved the heated floor. There is a coffee maker not a keurig— would bring items for coffee if it’s a must. Could hear some noise from the pub next door but it did not last past 9pm. Clean and located such that you could walk right to the Main Street.”

“It was perfectly convenient for my stay. Park was 5 minutes if you walked slow, to smell the roses. Only a couple of minor issues with the hot water..might need to flush it.
