“Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again!”

“We enjoyed the cabin very much. There were plenty of spaces for us to gather, or to have a quiet moment alone. My husband fell in love with the Blackstone grill and grilled everything from hamburgers and hotdogs to pancakes and bacon.We would suggest that you replace the lower rack in the dishwasher, so that the lower spray can move freely.”

“Private and secluded. Carpeting wasn’t in good condition but otherwise everything was acceptable. The host and owner were warm and accommodating and very responsive, so the stay was enjoyable and relatively hassle free”

“Nice, pet friendly cabin very close to the Allegheny Reservoir. Cabin is located in a quiet off the beaten path area with abundant wildlife. Will likely return and stay again in the future. Could use some renovations, I do believe that the owners are in the process of doing some renovations in the future as they grow the business. ”
