"Booked the Penthouse but had to switch rooms to a smaller suite due to the AC not working even after maintenance inspected it. I was really surprised how dirty the couch in the Penthouse was. The seat cushions were so filthy I could see brown discoloration. This was surprising because the hotel and rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Everything looked immaculate.
