“From their mountain, I had a clear view of sunrise. In my small house (one of four), at the foot of my bed, I had a picture window into the woods and the setting sun and moon. I was so happy! The smell of fireplaces was in the air. The home was picture-perfect in everything I needed to be comfortable and up-to-date. I could live in this house! “It was awful trying to get checked in to our room. Not great rooms.”

“I found it annoying that my internet connection was so complicated to set up. Other hotels just have a password code. Easy. I also could not watch any TV without having to join a streaming service. Other hotels offer this for free to watch cable. A manual or directive instructing clientele on paper/ laminated would be helpful as the older generation do not all have smart phones and are lost as we can’t view hotel instructions via phone.
