“Great few days on the lake!”

“Had a lot of amenities and was good in that regard for the price but it was a bit dirty/musty and needed to be aired out.”

“Lovely stay at Bemus Point in this home. Kitchen was exceptionally well-appointed and we cooked a fair amount. Comfortable living space, welcoming porch, great beds and pillows. The portacrib was a bonus. A lovely big family stay for a long weekend. The location is perfect. Close to water and a minute walk to coffee, ice cream and some cute shops. We all enjoyed our stay!”

“Bet nice house. Lots of room to spread out plus a nice bonus room upstairs. ”

“Beautiful home, perfect for a kids. Location was short, easy drive downtown to Bemus Point restaurants and stores.”

“A very pleasant stay here. It was peaceful and so nice to sit on the back deck!”

“Very cute, very clean, unique property. Owners were close and super friendly. We locked ourselves out (2nd door) and they were there in like 3 minutes. The property is a 2 minute walk from anywhere you’d want to go in the very small town. We loved the covered porch and huge bed! If I could say anything negative about the property and it’s tough. It would be that I’m 6’ 255 pounds and the bathroom is a little small for me. However they have multiple units in the completely renovated 115 year old……

“The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. We appreciated the concerns expressed by our host Dana with my mobility issues, but everything went well.”

“Great host!”

“Beautiful home, and lake view was spectacular. ”

“Excellent facility and town (Bemus) with a touch of Norman Rockwell. Debra was the perfect host. It's my second time staying at 13 Merz. So close to the lake and shops. Looking forward to my next visit.”

“This accommodation is excellent. The owner has everything in the house that you would need other than actual food which no one provides. I have now stayed in this rental 3 times and completely recommend it for anyone. It’s a great place to stay and unwind and enjoy the lake life.”

“Beautiful, clean and comfortable home, we were provided everything we needed and more. The strong AC kept us all comfortable and rested when it was scorching outside. Nice long dock in the water with fish splashing everywhere n the morning. The boat launch is not too far and we were able to store the trailer easily within the parking space available. Would recommend.”
