「We have been staying at chautauqua lake for yrs. At the koa , first time its been closed this early, this place is just as close and way more enjoyable. Perfect for relaxation after fishing all day. 」

「We felt very welcomed in the home. Ours was a last minute reservation (within 24 hours of arrival) and things still went splendidly. The home is in a neighborhood and people waved at us; we appreciated that. The key code worked easily every time so coming and going was a breeze. The driveway is long so there is ample parking. 「 It was a wonderful home away from home. It was very clean and had many kitchen appliances for making food that any group might need. The bedrooms were comfortable and were very restful. It was rainy during our stay, and we were still able to enjoy the lake from the many windows in the home. The indoor furniture allowed for a variety of seating arrangements for games and visiting. 」

The bathroom extras (feminine products, toothbrushes, razors, etc.) were a really nice touch. The beds were very comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub. 「Our stay was brief so we really didn’t get to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked. It is rural and quiet which was a welcome experience versus the busy city life in Columbus, OH. The home had everything we needed to make our stay accommodating. The owners made exception and allowed us to bring all three of our dogs, which most properties only allow two amongst other restrictions while still advertising as “pet friendly”.
