It obviously was already broken and reassembled by whoever did it in such a way that it appeared to be OK, even though one of the legs was detached from the seat. 「We have visited Chautauqua many times iand this house met all of our needs. It was nice to have on-site parking and a fully stocked kitchen. The place was clean and met our expectations. The indoor spaces are very spacious and there's a nice porch to sit on with plenty of porch furniture for guests.」
