“We have visited Chautauqua many times iand this house met all of our needs. It was nice to have on-site parking and a fully stocked kitchen. The place was clean and met our expectations. The indoor spaces are very spacious and there's a nice porch to sit on with plenty of porch furniture for guests.”

It obviously was already broken and reassembled by whoever did it in such a way that it appeared to be OK, even though one of the legs was detached from the seat.
