“Cozy, Charming Cabin in a Tranquil Setting My husband and I and our two pupsters enjoyed a wonderful three-day getaway here (only wish it were longer). The cozy, lovingly decorated cabin is located on a secluded, tranquil property with lots of land for long walks. Kathy and Ted Grey are wonderful hosts (this was our second stay at one of their cabins). The Greys are friendly and responsive with helpful suggestions for places to visit. “The host was not very responsive. There was a winter weather advisory and we needed to reschedule our trip. We asked to change the date and they refused. We went anyways and everything in the area was closed. The bed in the master bedroom is incredibly firm. The oven had food crusted to the bottom of it so when we went to heat up our food it became so smoky the fire alarm went off. The hot tub was really fun. “The property overall was great. The house was located on a private road with about 10 other lakefront properties. It was walking distance to some trails which was nice to hike with the family. The house was well maintained on the inside and met our needs with kids and adults. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary pots, pans and utensils to make dinner and breakfast. “Huge living space when you 1st walk in, well equipped kitchen, so much room for anything you'd want to do from dinner, games, cards, TV just sitting around talking. We arrived on Dec 11th to find a beautiful Christmas tree up and decorated. Communication was at a 5 star level. Smugglers bar and grill at the end of the road was nice too.
