「Upon arrival we found a clean, peaceful property with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room and bedroom. The entrance foyer and sitting/dining area was warm and inviting. Outside we discovered a comfortable campfire area with a walking space including a small pond. Each evening we were serenaded by frogs and insects into a soothing sleep. We were awakened gently by cool air and sunshine. Penn Yan has a general store which we visited on the way down, providing all of our...

「We stayed in this property last year and liked it so much that we changed our vacation dates so we could stay in it this year because it was booked when we usually go to the Finger Lakes. We were not disappointed on our second stay - very clean and well maintained. The location is great. Communication with the owners is always prompt.」

「Convenient, clean and comfortable home secluded away but close enough to the action! My wife and I LOVED our stay here and would definitely come back! Our favorite part was quite mornings sipping coffee on the back balcony, overlooking the property while listening to the birds! First class stay.」

「Everything was perfect for our stay! The hosts were great communicating everything we would need to know. The beds were comfortable, one evening was very hot upstairs with the bedroom door closed but the next day we ran the A/C unit and put a fan in front of it to pump the cool air into the room and it worked perfectly. It was very clean and we will be back!」

The property is gorgeous and peaceful. Love sitting on porch with morning coffee to watch the sunrise and the wildlife.」

This home is on the west side of Keuka Lake and is perfectly situated in a beautiful area with stunning lake views. The separate lakefront area is well maintained and provides an ideal spot to relax, fish, swim, or explore the lake by boat. We especially enjoyed the open layout of the first floor and found the covered porch to be a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee,...

The main house gave us ample space to have everybody together for dining and together time. The little house was great for those who wanted a little more privacy in the evening and throughout the night. The lakefront was...
