“We drove up to the most beautiful property, we felt like we were in Big Bear California. We had a perfect size apartment on top of a three car garage. The owners who lived in a house on the property, both welcomed us when we arrived and were extremely friendly. The space we had was perfect for what we needed, we were barely even there. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed for our six night stay. Having a washer and dryer was extremely helpful. The bedroom was a good size and……

“We stayed here for Cooperstown all star village. Judy the owner was very nice and helpful communicating with us and explaining where to eat and buy things. The house was in great shape and very clean. Quick 10 minute drive to All star village was so convenient for the week we stayed. It was perfect for the 6 of us. Would definitely recommend it. ”

“The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few……

“Everything was so awesome!!!! They had everything you need and more. It sits on acres of property with trails to hike. We have seen more deer here than I think we have seen in our lives together. They had trails, a large deck you could sit on to watch for deer and views that were so magnificent. The house was beautiful inside as well. I would stay there again if I were to go upstate NY again.”
